Q: Do the Ocarinas come with a neck strap?
A: Yes, all of our Ocarinas come with a neck strap
Q: Why can't I add something to my cart?
A: The item you are trying to add is most likely out of stock. Please keep checking back, we will update our site as soon as the item is in our store.
Q: Can I do a money transfer (by wire, etc)
A: No, we only accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or PayPal. You can also do a written mail order. Please keep in mind that mail orders can take up to four weeks to process.
Q: What kind of paint/glaze do you use on your Ocarinas?
A: We use non-toxic tree based paint for all of our Ocarinas that have either glaze or paint.
Q: Why is the status of my order blank?
A: Often times the USPS does not update their information frequently. If you have gotten your tracking number via the email address you provided, you can go to usps.com to track your package from there.
Q: I am having my order shipped to a different country. Why is the package stuck in Chicago?
A: This happens quite often with our international customers. This is most likely because the postal service does not update their information frequently. If, however, you do not receive your package after four weeks, please let us know and we will be happy to re-ship your package.
Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We ship to all countries
Q: How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Priority Shipping:
• If you live in the United States, and your order is
o between $1 and 79, then the shipping cost is $9.
o $80 and above, then the shipping is free.
• If you live in Canada, and your order is
o between $1 and 89, then the shipping cost is $23.
o $90 and above, then the shipping is $19.
• If you live outside of the U.S. and Canada, and your order is
o between $1 and 89, then the shipping cost is $32.
o $90 and above, then the shipping is $28.
Express Shipping:
• If you live in the United States, and your order is
o between $1 and 79, then the shipping cost is $29.
o $80 and above, then the shipping is $27.
• If you live in Canada, and your order is
o between $1 and 89, then the shipping cost is $35.
o $90 and above, then the shipping is $31.
• If you live outside of the U.S. and Canada, and your order is
o Between $1 and 89, then the shipping cost is $37.
o $90 and above, then the shipping is $33.
Q: How long will it take for my order to reach me?
A: Since we try to process your order within one business day, US orders generally will arrive in 2 to 4 business days. For international orders, it depends on where you live. Customs often opens and inspects arriving packages which inevitably causes delays. Once your package leaves the US, the delivery time depends on your local postal service. However, we will send you a tracking number by email when your order is shipped.
Q: I live in the United States, so why haven't I received my package yet?
A: If you type in an address that the US Postal Service computer system does not recognize, we will have to send your order manually which will cause delays. Also, if you live in a college dormitory, you may experience delays unless you can provide us with the street address of your dormitory. You may also experience delays if you address is not accurate. Please make sure that you have typed your address accurately.
Q: Do you offer mail order service?
A: Yes. You can browse our store at www.stlocarina.com to choose your ocarinas. Once you have chosen your ocarinas, please send us your payment (bank checks or money orders only) to: o St. Louis School of Music o P. O. Box 28384 o St. Louis, MO 63146 o USA • All checks should be made out to St. Louis School of Music. Also, please remember to include shipping and handling costs to your payment. • Please be sure to include a quick letter that clearly states what you would like to order, your mailing address, and a phone number or email address where we can reach you.

St. Louis Ocarina was established in 2005 to help revive interest in the art of ocarina playing. Our ocarinas have appeared with major symphony orchestras under the direction of such notable conductors as Pierre Boulez and Michael Tilson Thomas. Our ocarinas have been used in performances with the New World Symphony, the Atlanta Symphony, Chicago Symphony and most recently, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra in their holiday concerts. Not only do we strive to provide the highest quality instruments, we are also committed to helping each of you in your path to mastering the ocarina.
