Orders within the United States are shipped with U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation, which usually takes about 2 to 3 days. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses.
International orders are welcome. We offer two shipping methods if you live outside the United States.
The USPS International Express ($35 for Canada and $37 elsewhere) guarantees fast and secure deliveries to most countries. We will replace lost or damaged items at no cost to you if you choose this option.
The USPS International Priority ($23 for Canada and $32 elsewhere) also offers fast deliveries to most countries. However, since Priority mail does not offer insurance automatically, we can not guarantee delivery and will not replace the items if they are lost or broken.
Please make sure that your name and address are correct when you check out. We will not be responsible for your order if the address that you give us is wrong.
We generally process your orders within one hour. If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive a notification from you before the order is processed. We cannot cancel your order once it is shipped. If you refuse to accept our package when it arrives, we will not be responsible for your order and we will not give any refunds.
We will not issue refunds under any circumstance once your order has been shipped.
If your ocarina is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives to receive a replacement. You must also provide us with a digital photo of the damaged item(s). Otherwise, we will not process your claim.

For sanitary reasons, we can not accept returns. To ensure that each one of you gets a brand new, never been used ocarina, we can not give refunds in any circumstances. As we stated above, if your ocarina is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives to receive a replacement.
