All online transactions at our store are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. We use a secure server that is extremely dependable and safe.

Shipping Information 

Our ocarinas are packed professionally to ensure safe arrival.  

We will ship your order within 48 hours. If we have trouble doing so, we will contact you immediately.  

Orders within the United States are shipped with U.S. Postal Service’s Priority Mail with free delivery confirmation, which usually takes about 2 to 3 days. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses. 

International orders are welcome. We offer two shipping methods if you live outside the United States.

The USPS International Express ($29 for Canada and $38 elsewhere) guarantees fast and secure deliveries to most countries. We will replace lost or damaged items at no cost to you if you choose this option.

The USPS International Priority ($23 for Canada and $29 elsewhere) also offers fast deliveries to most countries. However, since Priority mail does not offer insurance automatically, we can not guarantee delivery and will not replace the items if they are lost or broken.

Please make sure that your name and address are correct when you check out. We will not be responsible for your order if the address that you give us is wrong.

We generally process your orders within one hour. If you wish to cancel your order, we must receive notification from you before the order is processed. If you refuse to accept our package when it arrives, we will not be responsible for your order and we will not give any refunds.

If your ocarina is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 24 hours after your package arrives to receive a replacement. Otherwise, we will not process your claim.

Return Policy
