    Incompetent and Non-Transparent Business

    I ordered a blue version of this product in order for it to look like the famous Ocarina of Time from the Legend of Zelda but was sent a green version. That was no problem as I was able to just contact customer service, and they sent a blue version the next week. However this time I figured that the blue one was defective since its sound was notably more windy and labium was less carved than the green one, so I contacted customer service again and requested that they send me a new one. They denied my request stating that it was simply a different model that requires more technique to play properly. I listened to their advice by repeatedly practicing, but it was too complicated to execute as a novice, so I asked if I could return both the first-sent green easier model and the later-sent blue harder model. They did not accept or reply, presumably since their return deadline, which they had never bothered to tell me across my contact thread, had actually passed according to the website.

    I am frustrated that I was forced to contact customer service several times because the business failed to send me my order the first time, did not bother to let me know they sent an older model to correct their mistake, and did not bother to let me know their return deadline after I told them that the older model was unsatisfactory, yet was ignored for this. I do not suggest this business, I heard other alternatives are Songbird and Night by Noble and will be trying them.

    A Fantastic Beginner's Instrument!

    I am new to the ocarina world, and I love my 12 Hole Plastic Alto (or STL Tenor) ocarina! It's easy to hold, sounds wonderful, and the strap reassures me it won't be damaged if I drop it (though it's hard plastic, so it probably won't be harmed from a fall anyway). I love this instrument and I'm glad I chose it to start my ocarina adventure!
